CHANGED YOUR MIND?

Due to the limited inventory and rarity of some of the gemstones in our products, most orders will be final sale. If, however, there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our very best to correct it in a timely manner. We want you (and your little ones) to be satisfied and happy with your treasures!

HELP - MY ITEM IS DAMAGED!

We certainly hope you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us. If, on the very rare occasion your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@findyourtreasure.com.au and we will do everything we can to sort out the issue.

MY GEMSTONE LOOKS LIKE IT HAS SCRATCHES OR CRACKS OR BLACK DOTS INSIDE OF IT, DOES
THAT MEAN IT'S BROKEN?

No, not at all. Gemstones have natural variation and contain all sorts of lines and imperfections. Some gemstones contain little black dots which are called “inclusions” and are part of how the gemstone naturally formed. We think these imperfections help make each gemstone unique, beautiful and special. Gemstones of the same type of mineral come in varying shades and hues and might look a bit different to the colour in the photographs.
