My Soul Treasure and Find Your Treasure have been included in a brand-new list of the Top 55 Spiritual (Beyond Religion) Books for Children, lovingly compiled by author and energy healing practitioner, Efrat Shokef.
This list is more than a collection of children’s books—it’s a heartfelt gathering of stories that nourish children’s inner world, emotional development, and spiritual identity. These books invite children to connect with their intuition, trust their feelings, and explore their deep connection to the natural world and the mystery of life.

Why This Means So Much to Me
When I first became a Mum ten years ago, I was always on the lookout for meaningful, soul-based stories for children - books that could support my little ones through their emotional experiences, nurture their true spiritual roots, and affirm something I believe every child deserves to know -
✨ That they are powerful, beautiful souls having a human experience.
At the time, I struggled to find books that carried this message in the way I was longing for - gentle, magical, soulful, empowering and filled with love. This became the quiet, powerful call that inspired me to write My Soul Treasure and Find Your Treasure.
I wanted to create stories that:
-
Help children understand that there's more to them than meets the eye
-
Encourage them to embrace their inner strengths
-
Empower them to overcome challenges
-
Spark joy, imagination, and wonder
A Growing Collection of Soulful Stories
What I love most about Efrat’s list is that it’s not about preaching or teaching - it’s about remembering. Helping children remember their own light. Their essence. Their spiritual origin and connection to self, others, and the world around them.
I’m truly honoured that my books sit among these literary gems - and I’m deeply grateful to Efrat for creating this collection and opening the space for soulful parenting, spiritual education, and ethical development in children.
If you find a new favourite on the list - or know of another book that should be included - I’d love to hear from you. And if you know a parent, teacher, or therapist who is searching for spiritual children’s books, ethical resources, or gentle tools to nurture children’s spiritual awareness, please feel free to share this post with them.
Now more than ever, children need stories that spark awe, inspire connection, and remind them that they are never alone.
With love,
Kate x
